Kathy Jackson’s “charity shag” comes back to haunt cross examine her

(by SockPuppet ~ a willing “charity shag” recipient)

 kathy-jackson-2

For a 48-year-old Greek girl National secretary of the Health Services Union Kathy Jackson does not scrub up too bad.

Better than that other 40 sumthing Greek girl Sophie what-was-her-name-again?

At least she has not gone to fat.

And I reckon that 22 years ago at age 26 a young(er) Kathy might have been pretty hot.

Way to hot to give that guy above a “charity shag” dont you think?:

Union whistleblower Kathy Jackson admits “we all make mistakes” in life – including a “charity shag” she had with Health Services Union barrister Mark Irving SC more than 20 years ago.

Speaking outside the royal commission into trade union corruption on Friday, Ms Jackson said: “Forget the former lover stuff. Everybody makes mistakes and has a charity shag along the way.

“I just could not believe he had the audacity to sit there and want to cross-examine me.”

Ms Jackson, who is on sick leave as national secretary of the Health Services Union, side-tracked the royal commission into union corruption for more than an hour on Thursday after she asked for Mr Irving to be stopped from cross-examining her because she had sex with him 21 years ago.

So what is a “charity shag” you may ask?

Well I have searched Google high and low for a defernition and this is the best one I found:

A charity shag is exactly what it sounds like. It is when a man or woman will sleep with someone of the opposite sex out of pity.

They think that the person they are sleeping with will never get anyone to sleep with them so they do it out of charity.

Oh okay I see it is like a “oncer” to make the other lesser person feel better about himself.

But then there is this:

In an affidavit read out by Ms Jackson’s legal representative, David Pritchard, SC, Ms Jackson declared she had a sexual relationship with Mr Irving in 1992 when he was acting for the union as an employee of law firm Maurice Blackburn.

Ms Jackson said that in late 1992 she and Mr Irving “had a few too many drinks and went back to his place where we had a sexual relationship”.

At the time, Ms Jackson said she was in an unhappy first marriage.

“Over the course of the next six to eight weeks, I would go back to his place after Friday night drinks and we would have sex,” her statement said.

“I recall he lived near the cemetery and had a barber’s chair in his lounge. After six to eight weeks I pulled back as I did not want to destroy my marriage and I began distancing myself from Mr Irving.

That is a f*cken lot of charity shagging to give out there Kathy. Six to 8 weeks? Did you do it on the barbers chair? Or in the cematery?

Look I dunno if the Commissioner was wrong to let Irving question her seeing that he has probably never had sex since and still wants to root her.

But I reckon Kathy should of  just shut up about her “charity shag” and offered him another one if he would step down.

Even though she is now 48 she is still way out of Irvings league.

I might even be tempted myself.

Out of “charity”.

if she asked nicely.

Or at all.

Would you give Kathy a “charity shag” too?

Recognise? What precisely?

KangarooNappingAnimatedByHeatherGillWith all of the talk of changing to constitution to “recognise” Indigenous Australians in the constitution I have been doing my darnedest to find out anything about what the proposed changes to the constitution will actually be saying, some sample of the proposed words would be good but instead all we get are vagueries and platitudes:

OPPOSITION LEADER Bill Shorten has warned against waiting “too long” to change the constitution to acknowledge indigenous Australians — and said any reform should be “substantive” and not tokenistic.

“I believe that the sooner our constitution gives just recognition to our First Australians, the better,” he told The Australian.

OK Bill but what does that mean? will such changes have any practical effects in the lives of any Australian?

“It is a historical wrong that must be made right. But it must be more than a token gesture — it must be substantive change”.

“Bipartisanship is critical for any referendum proposal to succeed. I’m prepared to work with the Prime Minister on this to make sure there is a political consensus on the timing and the content”.

If I’m not mistaken the “historical wrong” Shorten is referring to is the Establishment of the British colonies , firstly in NSW and later elsewhere, well personally I just can’t see such events in the sort of negative light that Shorten shines here.

Coalition indigenous MP, Ken Wyatt, who is leading the process, has been more cautious, saying any vote should only be held when “Australia is ready.”

Mr Wyatt, the chair of the cross party constitution committee, said: “We shouldn’t go too early but we shouldn’t go too late either and run the risk of missing the opportunity.

Err OK Ken but until we see the words no one will have the slightest notion of the virtue of what is proposed now will they?

Mr Wyatt’s committee is currently consulting on the wording to be taken to a referendum.

“The Committee is considering presenting a progress report in December and is not required to present its final report until 30 June 2015,” he said.

So does that mean that we are going to get nearly another year of these endless empty gestures trying to soften up the public for an as yet unenunciated change to the constitution?

Aboriginal Commissioner Mick Gooda has called for the referendum to acknowledge indigenous Australians to be held next year.

Delivering the annual Nulungu Reconciliation Lecture in Broome, Mr Gooda challenged the Prime Minister to hold a referendum before the next federal election and avoid endless rounds of consultation on the issue.

How typically undemocratic a notion from a minion of the left.

Joint Campaign Director of the Recognise campaign Tim Gartrell praised Mr Gooda’s “excellent contribution to the debate”.

“We’ve always said we shouldn’t wait a day longer than is necessary to make these important changes to the constitution,” he said. “This also means all the preconditions need to be in place. The momentum needed for success is growing every day. There are now more than 215,000 supporters who have joined Recognise.

215,000 supporters is notthat significant when you consider that we are a nation of more than 20Million people, in fact I would suggest that  215,000 supporters is barely even all of the “usual suspects”

Labor’s first indigenous senator -Nova Peris does not back Aboriginal Commissioner Mick Gooda’s call for the referendum to acknowledge indigenous Australians to be held next year, arguing it is better to take longer than get it wrong.

Senator Peris, who is the deputy chairwoman of the committee looking at options for recognition, said rushing the issue would be devastating.

“It’s imperative we do the work required to ensure this succeeds,” he said. “To risk failure in an attempt to simply rush the procedure would be devastating.”

Source

Well for once I agree with a Labor person about something! That said unless we have a very clear enunciation of just what words are to be added to the constitution and what the possible effect of that change could be then I for one will be campaigning against there being ANY change simply because those advancing the yes case are already being deceptive. You see I am old fashioned enough to think that there should be no laws on our statute books that privileges any individual on the basis of their race or ethnicity, or what they claim is their race or ethnicity. We live in the here and now, in a contemporary Australia whose laws apply equally to all with a blindness to race gender or ethnicity. Its not a perfect blindness to those distinctions but its close enough to sing its praises and we should resist any move that makes the law notice the colour of a man’s skin, the faith in his heart or even if he is a man. So many on all sides of politics espouse notions of equality and I think that if   we the public are being asked to agree with the proposition that some Australians are going to be considered “more equal” than the rest of us that we should just vote NO!

“Anyone who buys one will never want a real girlfriend again”

(by SockPuppet ~ owner and keeper of a real-life living doll whats called Laura*)

For all you guys out there not getting nuthing in the sexual market place (SMP) your worries are over.

If you can cough up about just $2000 grand and a bit you can now get a bit.

 Like forever:

Japan’s creepy sex doll industry ‘reaches next level’ in creation of perfect artificial £1,000 ‘Dutch Wife’ which comes with ‘realistic feeling skin’

  • Firm Oriental Industry claims the dolls are their most realistic to date
  • Come complete with realistic feeling skin and authentic looking eyes
  • Sold under the name ‘Dutch Wives’ and cost just over £1,000 each
  • Company say early sales indicate the dolls are a big success

A Japanese company claims to have reached the next level in developing the most genuine looking sex doll which comes complete with realistic feeling skin and authentic looking eyes.

Orient Industry say their new range of dolls, made from high quality silicon, are so realistic there is very little to distinguish them from a real girlfriend at first glance.

The dolls, which are non inflatable, are sold under the name ‘Dutch Wives’, a Japanese term for a sex doll, and adverts in the media boast that anyone who buys one will never want a real girlfriend again.

The dolls are part of a high-tech industry in Japan, which is constantly looking at ways to make sex toys as realistic as possible.

Latest models of the dolls include movable joints so buyers can place them in any position they wish.

Cutting edge comment from me:

Of course this will not help Joe Hockeys “poor people” what cant even afford to buy petrol letalone a Japanese sex doll for $2000 grand and a bit.

These dolls are only for rich people (like Joe) who can get a whole harem and claim it on tax.

Dont worry “poor people” you just need to wait until the Chinese put out a cheaper copycat version.

Or ……..

Cutting edge comment #2 (and advertisment)

* My real life living doll Laura should not be mistaken for Cliff Richards ‘Living Doll’.

To start with mine is female.

And overage.

And I have a n interim offer for all you sex starved guys in Joes “poor people” class.

Why pay $2000 grand and a bit for a freakin’ silicon doll when you can have Laura f*cks  for just $10 bucks?

Extracting teeth the truth on Gay Marriage

(by Ray Dixon – possessor of own teeth)

This is what I learnt @ the Dentist in Wodonga yesterday:

1. My teeth are still in pretty good nick for someone my age

2. But a check-up, scale and X-rays costs what ?!!!!?

3. Thank f*ck I have Medibank Private ‘Dental extras’ (it only cost me $40)

4. There are a lot of fat people in that town

5. And violent people (there was a bullet hole in the plate-glass window!)

But the biggest thing I learnt (from reading a magazine while in the waiting room) was this:

6. There doesn’t seem to be a big need for gay marriage

(Fact sheet from the 2011 ABS census)

couples-abs-1

So let’s get this straight (no pun intended).

As of the 2011 census there were a total of 4,684,700 couples in Australia, of which heterosexual couples made up 4,650,986 – i.e. 99.3%.

While the total number of same-sex couples is only 33,714 (a mere 0.7%).

So that means only about 67,000 gays & lesbians are living together.

Yet there are how many gays & lesbians in OZ?

Who knows, but if we go conservative and say that only about 5% of people are homosexual, that would mean there are over 1,100,000 of them.

Yet only 67,000 are living with a partner?

While the other 1,033,000+ – the other 94% – are doing what for sex, playing the field?

No doubt. It’s the gay lifestyle ain’t it?

Let’s face it, monogamy is not exactly high up on the agenda for most gays.

So where then is this great push for ‘Gay Marriage Now!’ coming from?

Who or what is driving this meme – or this political agendaif only a tiny percentage of gays are cohabiting?

The ABS figures look pretty black & white to me.

But I think another ‘colour’ might be running interference here:

Cheap bar and a 3-day growth

by SockPuppet ~ holding it up at Chez Hall

viagra-2

Our PM-in-waiting Tony Joe (White*) Hockey is smart – well he wrote his own book dinee? – but missed his chance to really sell the $7 medical co-payment (aka a tax on sickness) last May when he said “It’s only the cost of two middies of beer”.

What he shoulda have said was this:

“It’s only the price of two erections”

You see with the price of Viagra falling in mid-May from $65 for a bottle of 4 blue hard-on pills to $15, the cost of getting a longlasting fat is now only $3.75:

The little blue pill that changed many people’s lives is about to enter a rapid new growth phase, with the price of Viagra falling to less than a cup of coffee the medical co-payment.

When Pfizer’s patent for Viagra ran out in mid-May, the company offered pharmacies huge reductions on their product, hoping to carve out some of the new cheap market before generic brands took over. The huge discount brand, Chemist Warehouse was the first to react, offering Viagra at $15 for 4 of the 100 mg dose – the active ingredient is called Sildenafil. The same packet had been selling for $65-$85.

That is very good news indeed but I think I will wait for the other hard-dick-enhancing drug to come down in price too before I try one on:

How the big price drop will affect Viagra’s main competitor, the Eli Lilly drug Cialis is still unclear. Cialis hit the Australian market five years after Viagra’s launch in 1998 but quickly caught up due to its promise of action for “le weekend” – up to 36 hours’ erection boost, unlike Viagra which lasts only a few hours.

Which would mean two Cialis pills would give you a stiff one for 72 hours for only about $7 bucks.

And that’s what I call …. A cheap bar and a 3 day growth

* And to really sell his ‘cheap roots’ message maybe Tony Joe White Hockey shoulda have re-released his famous song about Poking Salad Annie.

Please note that the correct title to the 60s song was actually POKE Salad Annie but was changed to POLK by prudes at the record company.

Anyway this is a great LIVE version of this original blues/soul/roots/Cajun white man doing black man music. Enjoy

Being real vs Seeming to be real

Long term sandpit readers will probably have caught on to my generally unqualified commitment to personal autonomy. I hold to the classical libertarian ideal that an adult individual should not be prevented from doing anything as long as the realizing those desires does not impinge upon the liberties of any other individual. Thus when it comes to individuals who want to reconstruct or modify their body in novel ways it boils down to the usual question of any harm that they may be doing to others.

So this means that although I tend to think that those who want to change their appearance so that they have the appearance of a person not of their biological gender are addressing the wrong side of their gender dysphoria equation with permanent physical  mutilations rather than attempting to reform their mindsets individuals are of course entitled to do as they please with their bodies. What I don’t think  that they have though is a right to expect that their vanities must be respected.

“There are a lot of roadblocks, particularly when working with cosmetic brands or perfumes or those sort of commercial, corporate things. It’s been more difficult to break into that world than ‘fashion’ because it hasn’t been done before. They don’t have any market research, and people in that world aren’t risk-takers," she said. "You have to prove to them over and over that you are liked by people, you have a skill, and you can sell a product.” Pejic joins the list of a growing number of notable transgender women, including Orange Is The New Black star Laverne Cox and Lieutenant-Colonel Catherine McGregor, senior adviser to the Chief of Army, who have spoken publicly about transgender issues. "Congrats on publicly claiming your truth as a trans woman. You're now part of a resilient, beautiful & mighty sisterhood," Cox tweeted. It took the Australian model three-months to recover from the surgery and she now plans to continue supporting the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community through activism and advocacy work. “My goal is to give a human face to this struggle, and I feel like I have a responsibility,” she said. “What's in between anyone's legs is not who they are.” Read more: http://www.smh.com.au/lifestyle/fashion/androgynous-model-andrej-pejic-is-now-a-woman-20140725-zwuu5.html#ixzz38aDJagnP

“I think from my teenage years, when I decided I needed to express my femininity, I was happy with the way I looked. But SRS [sex reassignment surgery] is kind of the last part – it’s sort of the icing on the cake,” she told Style.com.

Andrej Pejic has been chosen by Jean-Paul Gaultier to star in both his womenswear and menswear shows in Paris.

“It makes me feel freer than ever. Now I can stand naked in front of a mirror and really enjoy my reflection. And those personal moments are important.”

The model, who has been cast to star in Sofia Coppola’s remake of The Little Mermaid, is now listed as a female model with all of her agencies around the world. Her agents at Chadwick were among the first to list her solely in the women’s division.

The problem is though that the social aspects of gender are not the reason that humanity exists in the male and female aspect. We have male and female because that is what is  necessary to reproduce our species> We need both in full working order to make children. No surgical procedure can make a man into a woman, or a woman into a man . At best all that a surgeon can do is create  the illusion that an individual who was born one gender is the other. Frankly I think that it must take determined self-delusion for individuals like Pejic to believe they are a “real” woman.

There is also the question of the so called “fashion” industry and the way that it influences he way that our young people view and understand themselves. Its bad enough that young women’s self images are in the thrall of male  homosexual sensibilities and notions of body image and beauty but now they are going to be exposed to the example of Pejic pretending to be  a woman (which he can never be) and on top of the already unhealthy body images that young people are constantly bombarded with from the fashion Industry they now have  idea that being a woman is a manufactured  reality  to contend with and I for one don’t think that this is a positive development for society.

Teenage hook-up sex leaves feminism behind arse up

By SockPuppet (a interested party)

Hi there allyou long suffering Sock fans who have waited so long for my return to Chez Hall. Well here Iam back for another chameleon performance a curtain call or a whole newseries – takeyour pick. I dunno if I will stay or go but I just I thought it was about time you were given a pickmeup dose of what the Sock does best – you know the polioemic polarisation of the blogging world.

Now what subject I hear you ask would so grab my attention and interest that it would stir me from my den of inequity caravan with the lovely Laura to write another groundbreaking cuttingedge peace of literatti genius? What? Well bloody sex of course you idiots. And thats what Im here to talk about:

S.E.X.

And lotsofit.

Well lots ofit for some people…..Especially the young people or so it seems. Here is my groundbreaking peace on Sex and the modern teenager and how feminism has gone arse about on itself. Below.

I mean on the line below the …………… (dots)

………………………………………………………………………..

Hook-up-girls

I have to wunder how dumb some people are when it comes to the old saying of “be careful what you wish (or push) for” because it might not turn out to be so f*ucken great afterall.

Just look at 40-sumthing feminist journo Wendy Squires from the SMH. Wendy has gone out and studied the sexual habits of young people today for a book shes writing about … well about young peoples sex habits of course. And she is just so saddened and worried that young girls today are having multiple sex partners without even a real date let alone a relationship and this is not what she had in mind for the feminist future cos she reckons the girls are just being sluts and its all the fault of young men who look at porn. Go figure.

Hear is what she found (I apologise for reproducting most of Wendy’s piece here but its necessary cos the devil is in the detail my friends):

Speak to sexually active teenage girls today, as I have been lately while researching a book, and it is evident that many feel the only means they have to beguile men is through sex. And even then, they feel a need to be overt with their flirt.

All those too-tight, too-short and too-low dresses aren’t, as I once thought, what girls wear to be appear fashionable to their female peers. They wear them, I’m informed, to look sexy to men.

Whoa, stop right there. You thought girls dress like that to appeal to there girlfriends? Did you think they were like all lesos or something? Its news to you that girls like to look sexy for men? Sheez. Read on:

‘‘I don’t really care what my friends wear out,’’ one young lady told me, ‘‘unless it makes them look hotter than I do.’’

‘‘You have to be hot to attract a guy,’’ another 16-year-old girl asserted. ‘‘If you don’t look sexy, then they won’t think you are interested in them.’’ And once you attract said guy? ‘‘You need to have sex with them. If you don’t, they’ll just go with someone who will.’’

One just-turned-17-year-old, who will remain anonymous so her mother doesn’t kill her and then me, confessed that she has had sex with seven guys ‘‘so far’’. One she considered a boyfriend, because they went out for three months. The others? All ‘‘hook-ups’’.

Stop #2: So lets see – she has Just turned 17 and had 6 insta-fucks with hook-ups already? That’s good going girlie and at that rate by the time your 20 you will have about 50 notches on your belt. What a catch you will make for some bloke one day – any thoughts of ever getting married and having kids with someone? Think again. Back to the fem journo:

A hook-up, it seems, doesn’t normally entail even eye contact, that blush-inducing chemistry when spotting someone attractive across a crowded room. Instead, I’m assured, a hook-up can start on a dating app such as Tinder and often entails posting a sexy selfie and then volleying some flirty texts back and forth, often soon followed by a photo of a would-be date’s erect penis.

This last part I found hard to believe, naively assuming that young men today were as awkward and embarrassed about their bodies as they were in my day. That was until several of the girls I spoke to pulled out their smart phones to show me said photos, with one girl exclaiming upon seeing an erect member on her friend’s screen, ‘‘I think I got sent that too!’’

Stop again – I think Wendy shoulda thought about that last line with the exclamation mark she added making it read like the girl said ”I think I got sent that tool”. Well she did didn’t she? You can carry on reading now:

From there, I learn, the hook-up – a face-to-face meeting – occurs, which usually entails sex. ‘‘Usually just oral,’’ one young girl reassured me, seeing no irony in the ‘‘just.’’ ‘‘Everyone does it!’’” she added with eye-roll upon witnessing my obvious horror.

‘‘Why would you meet up with them if you’re not going to have sex?’’ another says, in a tone that implies I am way down the spectrum of coolness. ‘‘That’s just teasing.’’

Comment break: “Usually JUST oral”? Oh I see if you just give a bloke a blowjob it doesn’t count? It counts for him young lady. Back to the story:

‘‘But, don’t you worry that this is all too much, too soon? That you’ll wind up jaded or regret your choices?’’ I splutter, unable to contain myself. Rightfully, I receive an earful in response.

‘‘And you call yourself a feminist!’’ one young friend admonished. ‘‘Now girls are acting like men always have, there’s supposed to be a shame around it. How hypocritical!’’

It is true I find this issue a conundrum, one that tests my own moral boundaries and ethics. As a feminist, I agree I should be supporting young women to live their lives the way they wish; reinforcing the idea that it is their bodies and their choices.

Whoa, whoa and whoa again there Wendy. Another break and groundbreaking comment is needed here:

Deary when you say “As a feminist, I agree I should be supporting young women to live their lives the way they wish ..blah, blah and blah….” what you are really saying (to there ears and unformed brains) is this:

“I support young women becoming young sluts and degrading themselves by having sex with as many blokes as they like within a few minutes of meeting them (oh after seeing their cocks on there phones of course)”.

Thats the message they get lady – they are not exactly Einsteins remember? Back to Wendy:

But, perhaps because I have also have been talking to a lot of young men lately who are either participating in or witnessing hook-up culture, I must confess I am left in despair.

From what I’m hearing, young men are happy to participate in casual sex and claim they are still friends with lots of girls they have ‘‘been’’ with. However, ask if they would consider any of them as girlfriend material and a vast majority respond with a vehement ‘‘no way’’.

‘‘I would never go out with a girl who’s been with my mates,’’ one 17-year-old told me. His friend, 19, agrees. ‘‘No guys go out with girls who screw around.’’

Comment intervention time again:

Oh, I have some news for you Wendy – blokes have always thought that way about girls who give it out so freely. Didn’t you know? Or did you think blokes would/should respect girls who fuckalot and don’t care who with and how often? Wendy continues:

Now, before I get inundated with protests and/or abuse on Twitter, let me say that, yes, I understand this is not all kids today and, yes, I am painting my snapshot of the situation with broad brush strokes.

But I will not apologise for saying I find it beyond sad that sexuality has been reduced to the sexual act itself. That the trust, tenderness and affection that I was offered in my sexual first encounters is not always afforded to girls today by porn-educated young men (most of the girls I spoke to admitted they are yet to have an orgasm from a sexual encounter). That there is not always a sense of appreciation that comes with such intimacy.

While I think it is commendable that young women feel in charge of their bodies and lives, I do wonder whether it comes at the cost of what is at our feminine core, whether through nature or nurture, and that is a desire to feel secure and respected in our romantic relationships.

Wait up there Wendy: So you think its all the fault of the “porn-educated young men” and that is why young girls are putting out so easily and not even having orgasms just sex for sex’s sake cost thats what guys are making them do? Look deary, here is some more news for you:

Young men have ALWAYS wanted sex with every half attractive chick they meet. Nothing has changed in that respect porn or no porn, Tinder or no tinder and mobile phones with photos of there cocks or not. Do you geddit? Blokes will have sex if girls let them. That is the way it has always been and will always be.

Here is some more news for you honey:

No one made these girls give insta-fucks and blowjobs on the spot to these young men they hardly know. No one except them and maybe you and your kind who told them it was okay to have sex like men (or sex like the ‘Sluts in the City’ show what was on TV).

And finally Wendy wraps it all up:

Of all the young girls I’ve spoken to recently, I’d say 90 per cent told me they want to get married and have kids one day. All implied they are aware that men are less likely to commit than in generations past, yet all still wanted to be an exception to this rule.

Few believe their actions now will reduce their chances of this happening, and I sincerely hope it is the case. More than that, I hope they don’t end up feeling powerless when it comes to love.

Well Wendy you pushed for sexual equality remember?

This IS what you and your fellow feminists wished for honey, a generation of girls whose only hope of having kids is to get themselves knocked up and bring up the kid as a single mum (thats happening a lot already btw).

Either that or find some less-than-a-real-man loser who actually falls ‘in love’ with one of these slackers and marries her even though she does not and cannot love him back on account of shes basically (and literally) f*cked her own value and self worth to death.

You see Wendy here is the real truth.

The reality.

The fundamental law of the men v women world that you and these young slags have either forgotten or never bothered to work out in the first place.

Here it is.

On the next line:

Real men do not respect or marry girls who have no respect for themselves and who fuck around like men do.

No that is not sexist … it is truth.

(PS: I showed this to Laura and she agreed but says she does not care. Shes a slut and she knows it. She does not want kids just more Bundy & Coke and lots of sex with lots of guys – and girls. Now even I can respect that type of honesty)

(PPS: Iain you dont have a ‘sex’ category – am I in the right place?
