What if I know that my client is guilty?

I get this question from time to time. While the question raises an interesting point, the answer is not a simple one. It depends on whether it is the case that I believe my client is guilty or whether the client tells me that they are guilty of the offence they have committed.

Anyway, my latest post answers this question. Check it out.
